E-911 Administration
E-911 is overseen by Emergency Services Director Steve Nichols. The day to day operations of E-911 is managed by the assistant director and four shift supervisors.

LouAnn David is the assistant director of E-911. LouAnn has been with Jackson County since 1992 when E-911 was created in Jackson County. LouAnn supervises four shift superviors who are responsible for managing their individual shifts and employees ensuring the fluid operation of 911 for EMS, law enforcement, Fire and Rescue services, Animal Control and the Marshall's Office.
